I turn complex enterprise software into products people trust.

Senior Product Designer for enterprise B2B SaaS and AI-driven, data-heavy products. 10+ years of work that shows up where it counts: adoption, revenue and fewer costly mistakes.

I'm Chris Martini, and I design for the hard parts of B2B software: procurement, contracts, finance, healthcare, and AI features that only pay off when people trust them. At Coupa I designed AI fraud detection and contract management, and co-led supplier onboarding.

London called first, and I answered with HTML, CSS and a lot of opinions about buttons. That front-end start never really left: I think in components, I know what's expensive to build, and I'll happily prototype in code if it settles an argument faster.

Since then I've spent 10+ years in B2B SaaS, mostly where mistakes are expensive. I made AI fraud detection hard to ignore and contract management hard to get wrong at Coupa, designed infusion safety software at ICU Medical (where a confusing screen isn't an annoyance, it's a safety issue), and wrangled marketing analytics at Teradata. Most recently, I rebuilt the design system for Actiphy, an enterprise software company in Tokyo. The thread through all of it: taking complex, high-stakes systems and making them feel obvious to the people who depend on them.

I also wrote The Hidden Playbook of Enterprise UX, a field guide to the parts of enterprise design nobody teaches. See the book →

Off the clock, you'll find me masterminding strategies in PC games, deep in a sci-fi epic, or reminiscing about my rock vocalist days with my husband, Marlon, and our rescue dog, Koda, who has opinions about all of it.
