Desktop
Since the days of Internet Explorer and Netscape to Chrome, Firefox & the latest Ai based tools. Here are a selection of my projects:
Spend Guard leverages AI/ML to automatically analyze business spend within Coupa and flag suspicious transactions in real time.
This was an existing product for which I led feature and design enhancements.

Coupa Contracts streamlines the entire contract lifecycle, minimizing risk and maximizing value across all business spend. It offers comprehensive visibility and control over contract terms, risk management, and compliance, accelerating every step from drafting to realization.
In this project, I spearheaded a redesign of the UI, unifying a standard and an advanced version of this product, while enhancing workflows to foster efficiency and mitigate risks in the process.

Coupa Supplier Portal revolutionizes supplier onboarding, integrating catalogs, purchase orders, and invoicing into one seamless flow. It streamlines the process, ensuring clear communication between buyers and suppliers to align on all transactional details.
For this project, I designed an intuitive, guided onboarding experience, simplifying the journey for new suppliers joining the portal, and enhancing customer and supplier engagement.

ICU Medical's LifeShield Infusion Safety Software is a cloud-based software suite that provides advanced tools for drug library management. It helps clinicians access, process, and quickly share information across an entire health system. This promotes collaboration.
In this project, I led the design team in the design of information architecture, UI & workflows. I also designed a style guide for the development team.

Teradata Marketing analytics provides data-driven insights for companies. It also helps companies deliver more effective cross-channel marketing campaigns.
For this project, the company structure was unique in that it was a startup created within the larger organization. As such, their processes were more engineering focused. They used a waterfall development process and the team was very small. I designed the entire product from end to end with very little besides functional specs.

And just for fun:
Way, way back in ancient history... 2004 - 2012
Ticketswitch
I worked for this technology startup that powered a theater, sports and concert ticketing giant in the UK. In those days, I wore many hats. This design is an example of that. I designed everything: from the company logo to the layout and even hand coded the html and css for the company. This was live from 2004 to 2009. The design is interesting in that the flat tiles style (aside from those buttons, ugh) was ahead of it's time before Microsoft's Metro Design language for Windows 8 which made the style so popular in 2012.
